Keith Evans is an Area Manager in AT&T’s Core Property Management. He has been with AT&T for more than 20 years and over his career, has managed Capital projects totaling in excess of $100M. He currently oversees the facility operations of AT&T’s properties across Southern California, including the Western Regional HQ adjacent to LAX. He currently lives in El Segundo and has three grown children who also live in the Los Angeles area. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, with an emphasis in Project Management. He has been a member of IFMA for six years and has obtained the FMP Credential. He is also a licensed General Contractor, with twenty years of experience developing commercial and industrial projects before joining the telephone company.
His core values include honesty, integrity and open communication with his clients and coworkers. With increasing use of historical data to support decisions on where to utilize his company’s dollars, he is succeeding in driving down costs, while continuing to provide a quality product in a timely fashion. When Keith is not focusing on his work at AT&T, he enjoys camping, golfing and sporting events, especially attending professional baseball games. He has been a diehard Dodgers fan since birth.
Pauline MacLean is a Business Development Manager for ATI, the nation's largest family owned restoration contractor. She has worked in the disaster recovery industry for the past 22 years acquiring the necessary certifications to manage projects and now, in her current sales role, has developed key relationships with numerous regional and national commercial property and facility management clients. In her past hotel management career, Pauline utilized her creativity and leadership to hire, train and manage hotel staff in Dallas and Los Angeles.
In addition to her current role as secretary for the LA chapter, Pauline has been appointed as a board member of BOMA GLA, IFMA LA and the Parker Foundation for LAPD and is still active within those organizations. Pauline's passion within the FM community includes supporting membership growth within the LA chapter and continued education for women FMs.
Pauline currently resides in the South Bay of Los Angeles and has 2 adult sons and a rescue dog. When Pauline is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, golfing, traveling and wine tasting.
With over 15 years working with FMs and IT managers in both public and private sectors, Cheryl has developed and implemented Audio Visual, IT and health and safety standards for such companies as Microsoft, Wells Fargo, Levi Stadium, AEG, Amgen, Boeing, Disney the LA Community College District, UCLA, The J. Paul Getty Trust, and others. Having more than 10 years experience as either an active committee chair or board member (or both) with IFMA-LA, Cheryl is an asset to Facility Managers and the challenges they face within their global organizations. Her focus is on assisting large, multi-layered organizations understand cutting-edge solutions that will better serve a facility as a whole. Whether IT/AV or as she's done with Monofoil, Cheryl provides solutions for much of what challenges FMs in a global environment.

Garth Sellers, has been a member of IFMA since 1989 and received his CFM in 2000. Garth has been the National Manager of Facilities for American Honda for over 25 years. He oversees the facilities operations and the Health, Safety & Environmental Operations at all American Honda facilities. He currently resides in El Segundo, California with his wife for the past 26 years. He has two daughters 36 and 35 one living in El Segundo and the other in Texas. Garth graduated from UCLA and continued his facilities education with a two-year program at UCI. Garth believes in teamwork and exceeding customers' satisfaction. Everyone has a customer and the membership of IFMA-LA is one of the many customers of the board. It is important we understand what our customer desires and expects from the board and it's our responsibility to meet and exceed these expectations. This philosophy is how he has operated his facilities organization over the years.

Shilo McGrew is an experienced project manager with over 6 years’ experience in commercial property management. Her commercial property management experience includes management of Class A Mid-rise and retail properties in Los Angeles and Orange County. Shilo has a proven track record in all aspects of client interaction, lease administration, vendor management, budgeting and reporting, contract negotiation, real estate acquisitions, and capital improvement projects. Shilo obtained her Master’s Degree in Business Administration in 2015 with an emphasis in Facility and Project Management. Shilo currently holds a Real Estate License in California and is an active member of IFMA, ACRE, CREW, NAPRM, and BOMA. Solution and customer service oriented, Shilo works closely with both the client and crews to facilitate open communication and ensure contractual obligations and scope of work fulfilled to client satisfaction. Her proven ability in asset management lends a hand in the oversight and management of a portfolio of accounts in Southern California valued at $12 million dollars with a 98% retention rate. Shilo’s current list of clients includes Ace Parking Inc, Simon Property Group, Hudson Pacific, Shorenstein Realty, Capri Retail, Irvine company, Kroger Foods, and Gelsons Markets.
